This page explains what each plan includes and when usage limits reset.

What counts as a check?
One check is one run over one submitted text, such as a draft or a reference list, up to your plan's reference limit. Looking up a single citation or a claim on its own also counts as one check. Follow-up lookups on references from a check you ran in the last 24 hours don't use another check. Listing the references in a text without looking them up never uses a check.
